What personally identifiable information is collected on this site?

Visitors may supply personally identifiable information (such as name, address, email address or telephone numbers) for various purposes on this site. These purposes include requesting further information about products or simply asking us a question.

Homethos Ltd does not collect personal information from you unless you provide it to us. This means that you can visit our site without telling us who you are or revealing any personally identifiable information about yourself.

How is it used and how long is it kept?
When you supply information about yourself for a specific purpose (registering, asking for advice, making an enquiry), we use the information for that purpose only.
Our primary goal in collecting other information from you (for example by way of cookies, see below) is so that we can provide you with a smooth, efficient and customised experience. It allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs, and helps us to customise our service and the Site to make your browsing experience easier.
From time to time we may also use your information to contact you for market research or to provide you with information we think would be of interest.

The legal bases we rely on to collect your personal data:

Consent

In specific situations, we will collect and process your data with your consent. For example, when you choose to receive email updates from us.

Contractual obligations

In certain circumstances, we need your personal data to comply with our contractual obligations. For example, our contracts with Homethos Panel Specialists.

Legal compliance

If the law requires us to, we may need to collect and process your data. For example, we may need to process your data in relation to anti money laundering laws.

Legitimate interests

In specific situations, we would use your data to pursue our legitimate interests in a way which might reasonably be expected as part of running our business and which does not materially impact your rights, freedoms or interests.  For example, we may use your email address in connection with the Homethos Community Scheme.

How long will we keep your personal data?

Whenever we collect or process your personal data, we’ll only keep it for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or for as long as is required of us by law or our legitimate interests.
